Hey, I’m Danyka
I am a self-taught photographer based in Northern Alberta but quite frankly, I will board that plane or road trip to tell your story anywhere in the world at any moment!
I specialize in Wedding, Western lifestyle, rodeos and portraits—and at the heart of it all, I’m here to tell real stories. The wild, the quiet, the in-between. Whether it's dirt flying in the arena or a couple sharing vows under an open sky, I’m all about capturing the moments that feel powerful.
When we work together, you can expect:
A laid-back experience where you can just be yourself.
No pressure, no awkward posing—just real connection and good energy. I’ll guide you when you need it, but most of the time, I’m capturing you exactly as you are. The laughs, the in-between glances, the stuff that feels like you. My goal is for your session to feel more like a memory being made, not a performance.

I’ve been nine times and every time I go back, it feels like coming home. Whether it’s the people, the food, the colors, or the sunsets that stop you in your tracks—there’s just something magical about it. So yes, I will probably bring it up. Maybe even twice. Don’t say I didn’t warn you!!
